Line filter replacement cartridges are borosilicate microglass consumable inserts designed to fit directly into existing filter housings from various manufacturers. Replacing only the internal cartridge rather than the whole casting restores air quality and low differential pressure at a fraction of the cost.
Cartridges are available across three filtration tiers: 1) Coarse particulate & pre-filtration (1–3 µm), 2) High-efficiency oil coalescing (0.01 µm, residual oil ≤ 0.01 mg/m³), and 3) Hydrocarbon vapor and odor adsorption active carbon elements (residual oil ≤ 0.003 mg/m³).
