BOGE is a German compressor manufacturer; its S and C series rotary screw compressors are known for low energy consumption and long service intervals. The SRHV series high-pressure piston boosters are used in laser cutting, PET blow moulding and other high-pressure applications to raise low-pressure air from the compressor to process pressure (10–40 bar).
Periodic maintenance for BOGE S series compressors covers air filter, oil filter and separator element replacement, cooler cleaning according to air-cooled or water-cooled configuration, and minimum pressure valve inspection. For SRHV boosters, cylinder head, piston, and ring overhaul is critical; worn rings or cylinder bore clearance deviation significantly reduce compression efficiency.
